1. Gingerbread Latte

Enjoy the spicy flavors and charm of a gingerbread cookie — but in a cozy cup of coffee. After brewing up a two-ounce shot of espresso, mix it up with steamed milk and some molasses for sweetness. Next, add some vanilla extract and ground ginger to create the gingerbread taste.

Then, for the perfect finishing touch, sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on top to bring all the flavors together.

2. Peppermint Mocha Frappe

Even though the temperatures might be dropping, you can still spread some holiday cheer with a cold and icy peppermint mocha frappe. This thick, creamy treat can be made ahead of time so you can enjoy it whenever you would like.

To start off, first make ice cubes out of strong dark roast hot coffee, chocolate syrup, peppermint extract and milk. Once your ice cubes are frozen, you can toss them in the blender with sugar and a little bit of extra milk to help blend the flavors together.

To finish off your frappe, pile on the whipped cream, add some crushed peppermints and maybe even toss in a candy cane if you're really feeling festive.

3. Irish Coffee

Adults will love indulging in this historic hot Christmas drink that features a blend of strong-brewed coffee and Irish whiskey. After you've brewed your coffee, add in a bit of brown sugar and your favorite Irish whiskey. Next, pour cold heavy cream or cold whipped cream over the back of a spoon. This technique will help the cream to stay at the top of the drink.

With its smooth, creamy taste and frothy top, this holiday treat looks just as good as it tastes.

4. Creme Brulee Latte

Caramel and cinnamon blend together to create an aromatic, festive drink that you'll find hard to resist. To make a creme brulee latte, you'll first need to brew up a strong shot of espresso. Then, pour the coffee into a saucepan with some milk and stir it until it begins to boil. Once the mixture is frothy, add in your caramel sauce and vanilla extract or syrup.

Of course, you can't forget some whipped cream and extra caramel sauce drizzled on top for a sweet garnish.

5. Eggnog Latte

Nothing spreads Christmas cheer like a good old-fashioned eggnog drink. Best of all, this festive drink is quick and easy to make. First, brew up some strong coffee or espresso. After microwaving some eggnog and whisking it until it's frothy, pour it into your coffee. For added sweetness, you can also add a bit of sugar and cream and then garnish your latte with whipped cream and cinnamon.
